LocalEdit is a free, browser-based offline PDF editor. All PDF processing — including merging, splitting, compressing, converting, and editing — happens entirely on your own device. No files or data are uploaded to our servers. Your documents remain 100% private.
You are solely responsible for the content of files you process. You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including processing material that infringes third-party intellectual property rights or is otherwise illegal.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee error-free operation or perfect output quality. Always keep a backup of your original files before processing.
LocalEdit and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from usage of the Service. Since LocalEdit is a free tool, our total liability is limited to zero dollars ($0.00).
